CHINESE_INERNET is a member of Grocery Gang known for creating a Chinese version of "Make a friend" and a Chinese version of LORD. His game is basically "Make a Friend", where you make friends and enemies to feed LORD, but with lots of Chinese references, like the flags.
Albert first mentioned him on I went to Roblox's creepiest wedding... when saying Grocery Gang hired weird people, but he only plays his game on Roblox's creepiest group forced me to do this....
