According to Forest Overseer, JELLI_BELLl is the king of mushrooms that inhabit the land he lives in. He spends most of his time in the cave and sometimes goes into a little puddle. JELLI_BELLl also states that one of the mushrooms is his soul so nobody should touch it. However, Albert ends up touching it and is scolded by JELLI_BELLl.
